How much is shipping? Free, with tracking, on every order.
How long will it take? Most orders arrive in 10–15 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where's my order? Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If it hasn't moved in 5 business days, or you can't find the email, write to us and we'll check on it.
Returns & problems
My light arrived damaged or doesn't work. Email us a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send it back.
Can I return something I don't want? Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. See our return policy for the details.
Using your lights
Do I need tools? No. WickBar and WickDuo both mount with adhesive. WickDuo also comes with screws if you'd rather fix it permanently.
How do I charge it? By USB, with the included cable.
Will the adhesive damage my wall? It doesn't need any holes. To remove a mount, peel it off slowly. Some painted surfaces can lift with any adhesive, so try a hidden spot first if you're worried.
Which WickBar size do I need? 20 cm for drawers and small cabinets, 30 cm for standard kitchen cabinets, 40 cm for wardrobes and pantries, and 50 cm for walk-in closets and long counters.
